Description

### How could the content be improved?

Currently we have the following discussion/activities in the EIA episode.

* Core Values
* Discuss The Carpentries Core Values
* Accessibiltiy
* What Happens When Accessibility Is An Issue?
* Activity: Applying Universal Design In Your Teaching
* Inclusion
* No discussion/activity
* Equity
* No discussion/activity

I taught this today, and because there are limited opportunties for discussion or other engagement, it comes across as very preachy. This made me uncomfortable. Opening this issue to discuss ideas to make the EIA episode more engaging. This is especially important for this episode because EIA issues can be very personal and sensitive, and I don't feel comfortable talking at people about this.

Look through the issue's discussion for any direction on improving engagement. Done means the episode has agreed-upon interactive opportunities for the Inclusion and Equity sections, with a less preachy teaching approach.
