Improve integration of online teaching in multimedia and links

### How could the content be improved?

While current material talks about both online and in-person workshops, it still is built on a default assumption of in-person workshops. There may be other opportunities but two that stand out as helpful if someone is willing to put in some work:
1. Integrate online teaching into image (like [Figure 2](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/fig/Scene_1_blue_stickies_labeled.jpeg)) and video ([like these](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/instructor/17-live.html#compare-and-contrast)) examples. This could be by mixing up the mode appearing in them or by having both as options. In particular, having at least one video with a good example of online live coding workshop would be valuable.
2. Link to the [online workshop tips](https://carpentries.org/online-workshop-recommendations/) and/or skill-up throughout the workshop wherever relevant.

Review Figure 2, the linked video examples, and the online workshop tips page first. Update the relevant teaching materials so online teaching appears in image and video examples, including a live-coding workshop example, and add links to online workshop guidance where relevant.
