Description

This issue is a request for feedback, which can be implemented by the maintainers.

Currently, in the [suggested lessons for teaching demos](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/demo_lessons/index.html) page, the first level of the outline list at the top (e.g. lesson programs) link to the relevant tables within the page and the second level (e.g. curricula) link to the lessons themselves.

This difference in behavior allows quick linking to a wider variety of pages, but can be somewhat confusing if trainers or new instructors are trying to see what episodes they should consider.

Here are some possible options (we're open to more) for feedback:

1. Leave it as-is
2. Replace all links in the outline with links to the relevant tables
3. Remove links from the second level so the individual curriculum can be seen but are unlinked
4. Try a hybrid model, mixing 2 or 3 with a separate link, perhaps under text like `(direct lesson link)` following the lesson title

I personally prefer 3 as the simplest to understand and maintain, but particularly if trainers are leading demos and already know what episodes are fine, it could save them a step to maintain at least some immediate option to open lessons without going to the tables first.

Any thoughts?
