Consider adding environment/software notes on suggested lessons page

While adding DC Image Processing to the [suggested lessons](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/demo_lessons/index.html#dc-image) in #1473, @tobyhodges included a note about the lesson using the JupyterLab environment in the table.

Should we add similar notes to other lessons (presumably to help learners) or assume that people will just browse and poke around the setup pages to find one that works for them?

Start with the suggested lessons page linked in the issue and inspect the existing DC Image Processing entry from #1473, then compare other lesson entries and their setup pages. Determine which environment or software notes should be shown consistently and update the relevant lesson table; done when the affected entries provide clear, agreed guidance for learners.
