Description

The episode "Working With Your Team" may benefit from adding visualisations to better explain shown concepts. There is a general visualisation of a classrom in "Welcome" episode, but a more complex one could be created in this case? Given the idea of a mental model was introduced, perhaps a mental model of in-workshops relationships between the host, intructor, helpers, and learners?

The idea may also be important to showcase its usage again, outside of the episode where was introduced and utilized, thus helping new intructors with getting used to it.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the “Working With Your Team” and “Welcome” episodes and their existing visualisations. Determine whether a mental model of workshop relationships is appropriate, define the visualisation’s scope and placement, and confirm that the episode’s concepts are clearer after the change.
