Add a teaching tips page to the extras section

I think figuring out where to fit some things into the curriculum is not practical, even if they are relevant, valuable tips. In the recent major revision, we moved some exercises to an extras page, so maybe it makes sense to do so with these type of tips?

We all have different tips we share during various question periods and as more practical advice, having them in one page would be more helpful for prepping a workshop possibly.

This could be a home for a solution to several issues, as well:
- #1292
- #804
- (maybe, but maybe better as a box in the feedback section) #1260
- maybe even #1235

It may even be a good place to archive some that go in the newsletter?

Start by reviewing the existing extras page and the related issues #1292, #804, #1260, and #1235 to determine which teaching tips belong together. Define the page's scope and confirm that the selected tips have a clear home without duplicating curriculum or newsletter content.
