Video examples of lessons for instructors-in-training

During instructor training, I found that quite a few trainees had never attended a Carpentries workshop. They all knew of them and how they work, but they had not experienced one first hand. Teaching the episodes without having seen them before will be very difficult, and one of our instructors for training, Mike Trizna, found that they learned the most about effective teaching while watching others give the lesson successfully.

If it were possible, I think that collecting and referencing example videos for each episode would be extremely helpful. Most of these are already on YouTube but require some digging to find. Having a **central location** (given during instructor training) with links to all of these videos would help show instructors what is expected of them when their time comes to teach.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the instructor-training episodes and the existing YouTube examples, then determine where a central set of references belongs. Done means each episode has an appropriate example-video link in that location.
