Description

from trainers meeting today - what about disruptions that aren't quite CoC level?

for now, maybe add a new heading to the "classroom management" section that refers to:
- using your introduction to set expectations -- referring to the "welcome" section and the new intro script that Liz and Brian are writing. :)
- frame this scenario as a disruption, not a challenge, you want to work together with the person for a good solution (within reason)
- respond early
- maybe have an exercise with solutions

Research direction

No file or test is named; start by locating the “classroom management” and “welcome” sections and reviewing the referenced intro script when available. Done means agreeing on and documenting guidance for non-CoC disruptions, including expectations, early response, collaborative framing, and an exercise with solutions.
