Consider adding 30 minutes

No one has suggested making the workshop longer in feedback. However, we need more time and cutting content isn't working. If we add more time and frame it as adding in break time, this may be more palatable. Break time currently takes away at least 15 minutes and realistically more, such that the workshop is not 3 hours long.

Review the workshop schedule and current break-time allocation described in the issue, along with the existing feedback. Determine how to add 30 minutes while framing it as break time; the work is done when the workshop duration and schedule reflect the agreed change.
