Suggestion: ability to remotely attend sessions

I just wanted to flag somewhere that I'd love to be able to attend some of the sessions remotely. I'm in the UK and trying not to fly too much.

I've also seen remotely-presented sessions work really well.

No files, tests, or implementation entry points are named. First clarify what remote attendance should include and how sessions would support it; the issue is complete only when those requirements and acceptance criteria are defined.
