Link to license file for CONTRIBUTING.md is broken

The link here is 404:

The larger question is: what is the license for this repository, or rather, for the https://github.com/carpentries/carpentries.org as a whole? I don't see one listed there in the code (and GitHub doesn't auto-detect one), although once you're on the website it's obvious to look at the footer link to https://carpentries.org/license/

GitHub's auto-detection, which many contributors will look for, is in /LICENSE.md as documented here (if that helps, I imagine this is just a case of not enough time for everything!)
