download.py keeps getting stuck

Description
The download.py keeps getting stuck at around 44.3 kB and won't go on. What should I do?
I have a Windows 10 OS with Python 3.5. The GitHub desktop can't check it out (#169) so I have a feeling this might related to that problem...
This is the command prompt when it gets stuck:
```
C:\Users\******\DCGAN-tensorflow>python download.py mnist celebA

```
with the final underscore (_) perpetually blinking...
Please help.
