[light 2.1.10] Standard reading / calibration among different devices?

### Description
I've made a small light/lux meter ([luxmeter](https://github.com/alexgheorghiu/luxmeter)) and after I tested it on several devices I got pretty different readings (each placed in same position and light condition).
Is there a way to make these reading constant or are they completely hardware reported? If so (hardware) is there any way we could map/reduce/calibrate readings from software?
