[Pedometer] Document handset models that aren't compatible.

Please document and/or provide a method to show what phones have the ability to use the pedometer.

### Additional information
Right now, we want to use this plugin, BUT we are not sure which models may or may not support this plugin.

We'd like to start documenting which handsets are supported and also provide a method that we can use to check the phone.
