Add "Study Type" as part of a study description

## Description

Right now a random picture is used for a study. In the examples below, lifting heavy weights does not align with monitoring ECG on frail elderly patients.

Hence, it would be nice to be able to select from the list of picture we have (and add more) which reflect the type of study (to be enumerated). This can be used to pick an appropiate picture, but also for other things.
