[Bug]: CompletedAppTask survey data uploaded multiple times

### Bug Description

Tested in App Store version, but pointing to the test server. using CATCH protocol V3.0
All surveys results are uploaded 5 times, this also shows up in data visualisation.
Movesense data are uploaded only once.

Tested using old CATCH protocol, survey data were uploaded correctly.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Portal, set up new study using CATCH protocol 3.0, and invite a participant
2. Login on the studies app, finish some surveys.
3. Wait until data upload
4. check data visualisation and export.

### Expected Behavior

Survey result only upload once.

### Actual Behavior

Survey result only upload 5 times.
