Description
Currently, we have a lot of device-specific HR devices:
* Polar
* Movisense
* Movesense
* ...
We could make a more generic package that can sample data from the [generic BLE HR profile](https://www.bluetooth.com/specifications/specs/heart-rate-profile-1-0/).
We already have generic BLE device configurations and registrations modelled in CARP Core and in CAMS.

Research direction
Start by comparing the existing Polar, Movisense, and Movesense heart-rate packages with the generic BLE device configurations and registrations already modelled in CARP Core and CAMS. Read the Bluetooth generic BLE Heart Rate Profile specification to define the package boundary and sampling behavior. Done means a reusable package can sample data from compliant generic BLE heart-rate devices and integrate with the existing configuration and registration models.
