Description

I had a scenario where yaci-indexer stopped due to db commit issue and some temporary issue with db. I had to manually restart it.

We should have some sort of watchdog service to monitor if indexing is progressning, if it is not then watchdog should try to restart the indexer. WatchDog could be a new tiny docker container and nothing to do with java-code.

Research direction

No files, tests, or deployment entry points are named. Start by locating how yaci-indexer is run and how indexing progress and restart behavior are exposed; define the watchdog's progress check and restart outcome before implementation.
