[Task]: Add a setup page to tauri app

### 📝 Task description

Add a setup page which allows users to setup their environment. This must include a check if it was already initialized. If so the users must be able to see the current config file and see what is already installed.
If not the users must have a button to initialize the cardano devkit + desired components and an optional field to define where to install the components.
