Carbon grid /es build

Not exactly a problem with this codebase, but `@carbon/grid` doesn't build an `/es` directory like many of the other element packages. Adding this to this board as a reminder to reach out and see if there is a reason for this, how I can contribute that build into the package, and if not in particular how can I get my hands on the aspect ratios in that package without having to hard code it myself.
