Brand photography validation

Designers in particular need a tool to help navigate and validate whether a image follows [IBM branding guidelines](https://www.ibm.com/design/language/photography/overview) or not. There are some fluffly and subjective things that are difficult to check, but also more concrete things to check like aspect ratio and sizing. I have a prototype already in progress, and would love to move it under the experimental flag soon.
