Description

Update shortcuts to include full feature set. Here area a couple I've identified as of writing this ticket.

> Might need some sort of overlay to indicate what feature was updated.

- [ ] specs global toggle
- [ ] specs outline
- [ ] spec cycle toggle
- [ ] breakpoints browser resize
- [ ] open and close devtools
