Bar/oscilloscope visualizer on playlist window

I think in Winamp, the bar or oscilloscope visualization may display on playlist window when the main window has been hidden.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click on the Winamp/Webamp title bar
2. Choose to hide the Main Window and show the Playlist on the context menu
3. Resize the Playlist window so that it's wide enough to show a visualizer on it
4. Play some music in there :)

Expected result (please check Winamp since I'm not sure about the behavior detail - I just recall it from my memory):
When the Main Window is hidden, the bar or oscilloscope visualization that would display on the Main Window get displayed in the Playlist instead.

Actual result: The Playlist shows only empty visualization field. No bars or oscilloscope.
