GitHub CI does not catch when example project artifacts are out of date

Start with the GitHub CI configuration and the example project artifacts, then compare them with the Continuous Integration guide at https://grats.capt.dev/docs/guides/workflows#continuous-integration. Determine which artifact drift the workflow should detect and verify that the CI run fails when those artifacts are out of date.
