parsing fail for date '1997-07-16T19:20:30+01:00', '1985-04-12T23:20:50Z'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I m using Date.parse function to format above date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently i m getting null value instead it would return proper date

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I m using date.js file. OS is Windows 8
