Description

So a different solution would be copying the vendor map to the new release to speed up composer install.
Any thoughts on this?

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by tracing the release and deployment task that handles the vendor folder and Composer install, then define the expected behavior for a failed build and verify how the copied vendor map should be used by the new release.
