Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like my LLM (Copilot etc) to have access to the latest version of capacitor-community plugin documentation.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I like to have a JSON file with all capacitory-community registered plugins showing the name, purpose and url to the main API documentation, so it can be included in an MCP server (e.g. https://github.com/Tommertom/awesome-ionic-mcp) . If JSON is not desirable, some other format which holds this content in one file would be great.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Building a script that loads all the repos using some scraping tool

**Additional context**
An MCP server with Capacitor-community up-to-date info would be a great addition to the existing dev tools available

Thanks for your work - happy to discuss/get your feedback
