The plugin provides the required AndroidManifest options for the app to be recognized by the Leanback launcher on Android. However it lacks quite some things like stated in the repo's readme, but also the inclusion of the app banner, without it it won't appear in the launcher.

### Description

The plugin will provide the AndroidManifest.xml with the required tags to launch in Android TV, it would also automatically generate the required banners and icons required for the launcher to function and would in case the user wants, add IsGame and Controller support

Further reasoning as to why I wish for this plugin is because Android TV at the moment is a very decent platform but the apps are simply lacking, with Ionic you can easily create iPhone and Android apps but Android TV, while very similar, is currently out of the picture and I would seem it would in some way improve support for the platform by allowing developers to make Android TV apps.

Start by reviewing the existing Cordova-Android-TV-Plugin and its README, then compare the requested behavior with AndroidManifest.xml requirements for Android TV. The work would need to define the required launcher tags, banner and icon generation, and optional IsGame and controller support; done means these requested capabilities are specified and supported by the proposed plugin.
