Support Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK

Google is now recommending migrating Android apps to the new Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK:

com.google.android.libraries.ads.mobile.sdk:ads-mobile-sdk

Currently @capacitor-community/admob still depends on:

com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads

Is there any plan to migrate the plugin to the Next-Gen SDK?
