[Bug]: In-page highlighted navigation item does not automatically scroll into view.

**Describe the bug**

· In Android Chrome/Edge/WebView, the highlighted navigation item does not automatically scroll into view.
· This works correctly on desktop Chrome/Edge/Firefox/WebKitGTK (I use Ubuntu)and Android Firefox.

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://vanillaframework.io/docs/examples/patterns/in-page-navigation/full-page
2. scroll down
4. See error

Start by reproducing the issue at the linked full-page in-page navigation example in Android Chrome, Edge, or WebView, then compare its behavior with desktop browsers and Android Firefox. Trace the in-page navigation implementation used by that example; it is done when the highlighted item automatically scrolls into view on the affected Android browsers without regressing the working browsers.
