Description
## [Resources](https://vanillaframework.io/docs/patterns/resources)
## Visual
## Context
We have 50/50 tablet layouts for most of our patterns (e.g. basic section, tiered list, hero, etc.), so it looks inconsistent when we have a resources section with a different layout amongst the aforementioned patterns.
Adding to this, could we make this the standard layout for tablet? And across our other patterns too, that offer the 50/50 split, as we're often asking devs to switch from 100 (default) -> 50/50 in demos.
@kim-isaac just tagging you so i can get your thoughts here!

Research direction
Start with the Resources pattern documentation and the tablet layout shown in the issue, then compare it with the existing tablet layouts for the basic section, tiered list, and hero patterns. Done means the Resources layout and other applicable patterns use a consistent 50/50 tablet presentation without requiring demo-specific switches.
