Description

A pattern in Vanilla needs to be flexible enough that it can be used across a wide range of scenarios and shouldn't be constrained to a specific number of applications.

## Visual

## Context

There is a use case for an non-clickable rounded status label on some pages on u.com. With the help of Lyubo I made the example attached. You can see the code I used in the [PR](https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu.com/pull/12134)

Research direction

Review the visual example and the linked Ubuntu PR for the intended rounded status label, then compare it with existing Vanilla patterns. The work is done when a reusable, non-clickable rounded status label supports varied uses and matches the shown design.
