[Feedback]: Missing documentation on system / service logging

### Issue Description

In my understanding, system / service logging play a central role in system administration, both in the past and today. However, the current Ubuntu Server documentation does not mention "journald", "journalctl" or "syslog" anywhere other than in stub records on its glossary.

It would seem crucial to provide such information for a mature Linux distribution. I understand that outside contributions are possible, but would also suggest such central information to be provided by a professional, and a member of the server team.
