Description

I'm creating this to store the common assumptions for the VM configuration and tracking all the [prompting-client](https://github.com/canonical/prompting-client) end-to-end user tests implementation. Refer to this [document](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10z-Pq2MVO3JZgFOtdWXd1n2-nZ3phnmQSPfkz2fbH2k/edit?usp=sharing) for the tests needed.

All the tests must be executed in a fresh installed [daily](https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/) VM, with this configuration:

- user: `ubuntu`
- machine: `ubuntu`
- passwords: `ubuntu`
- the prompting client is **not** enabled by default

A general test should look like:

1. install the snaps/debs needed for the test
2. do the needed setup (eg. creating folders, fake camera)
3. enable prompting
4. do the related testing jobs

The final state of the test is not important, so we don't need a cleanup.

Research direction

Start with the linked prompting-client repository and the spreadsheet of required end-to-end tests, then review the Ubuntu daily VM setup described in this issue. Done means the listed tests are implemented and tracked using a fresh VM with the specified user, machine, passwords, and prompting-client state.
