Add warning when using HTTP

There should be a warning logged by the server (perhaps an ERROR) the makes it crystal clear that a server hosted without TLS offers no security for secrets to prevent any future deployment from running without using HTTPS. This error/warning would be visible when running for debug in docker or elsewhere, and so ought to allow the server to still run.
