List refresh required to see freshly added test result

When adding manual test results, the test result does not appear until the parent item is closed and re-opened. This is quite frustrating when attempting to report test issues against a new result as the workflow becomes:

1. Add the new manual test result
2. Collapse the parent item
3. Expand the parent item and hunt for the newly added manual test result
4. Expand the newly added manual test result and add a reported issue
