Links should (and behave) look like links

In several locations throughout the interface, text appears as regular text (no underline, nor when hovered, no distinguishing color, etc.) but is actually a link that can be clicked on. Examples include the URL for an OS image, and the tiny "URL" marker next to reported issues against a manual test result. By contrast the "manual test suite instructions" link, is style as a link (blue text, underlined) giving the misleading impression that the aforementioned examples are *not* links, when they are.
