containerd proxy settings are not configured with canonical k8s

When deploying charmed kubernetes with the `--cdk` flag, the containerd charm is configured to point proxy settings at the internal squid proxy for ps6. On the other hand since containerd is bundled into the k8s snap when deploying canonical k8s the proxy is not properly configured. As result it isn't possible to pull images. STS stack bundle should probably handle this.
