All docs checks should be included in a reusable workflow

There are two workflows included in the default SP

- `markdown-style-checks`
- `check-removed-urls`

that are separate from the main, reusable workflow setup (`automatic-doc-checks.yml`).

To simplify maintenance of repo workflows, both should be incorporated into the reusable workflow.
