[feature] Request for password manager integration

The [configuration file used by pycloudlib](https://pycloudlib.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configuration.html) contains secrets. It would be convenient if pycloudlib optionally integrated with a password manager, such as bitwarden (which has [a snap](https://bitwarden.com/help/cli/#tab-snap-bI3gMs3A3z4pl0fwvRie9)) to manage these secrets.
