Feature request: please add actions for standard operations for model-driven operations

Hi,

As an operational team, we are often expected to run some playbooks like:
- restoring a PostgreSQL cluster, notably when there is a missing member in the cluster and we need to trigger RAFT recovery per https://canonical-managed-solutions-docs.readthedocs-hosted.com/CDO/IS/Bootstack/Playbooks/Landscape/PostgreSQL/#how-to-restore-postgresql-cluster
- fix units failing to start and stuck with `awaiting for member to start` for deployments affected by https://github.com/canonical/postgresql-operator/issues/668

For the sake of model-driven operations, could we get new juju actions related to both of these playbooks to enable Ops teams to perform listed operations without having to connect through SSH to the units?
