## Steps to reproduce
Configure COS integration
Go to grafana dashboard / alerts

## Expected behavior
No alerts in error state

## Actual behavior

Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
Juju: 3.4.6-genericlinux-amd64
Charm revision: 14/edge rev 502

## Other notes
Should PostgresqlNotEnoughConnections alert be firing all the time?
