Research direction
Reproduce the issue by installing the charm, relating it to COS, and opening the Patroni dashboard. Then trace the charm's dashboard integration to see where graph identifiers are supplied. Done means the dashboard lets users choose hostname or Juju unit name, with hostname information available for managed-solution customers.
