Docker and Multipass networking conflicting

**Describe the bug**
After I launch an instance, the process hangs in 'starting' and nothing happens. Eventually it times out and I cannot start the instance.

**To Reproduce**
1. Follow [Installing snap on Arch Linux](https://snapcraft.io/docs/installing-snap-on-arch-linux)
2. `snap install multipass`
3. `multipass launch -vvvv -c 2 -m 3G -d 10G -n pilot`

**Expected behavior**
I expected the virtual machine to launch, but the process hangs on the _launching_ status.
