Description
There are cases when commands acting on files from outside Multipass (`launch file://...`, `transfer`) may fail due to confinement.
We should try and be helpful to the user, suggesting what can be done to help (moving the file out of `/tmp`, connecting the `home-all` and `removable-media` plugs).
