Description
Similar to [LXD's feature](https://discuss.linuxcontainers.org/t/how-to-get-the-full-configuration-to-use-it-with-lxd-init-preseed/3333), since microcloud can accept a yaml-formatted preseed file, it would be nice to be able to run `microcloud init --dump` to have it provide a preseed-ready yaml output from something configured by hand!
