Description
There are currently two commands:
1. `microcloud remove `
2. `microcloud cluster remove `
Whilst (1) removes the member from all Micro* services and LXD, (2) only removes the MicroCloud cluster member. All Micro* services have this command.
Usually running this is not necessary as you would always remove a member from all clusters, however it might be necessary for recovery scenarios.
This story should be used to check how to proceed with this. Maybe renaming it would also help to make it more distinguishable by end users.
