Description
I see `$SNAP/lib/$CRAFT_ARCH_TRIPLET_BUILD_FOR/ceph/erasure-code` [here](https://github.com/canonical/microceph/blob/24eabc10fd90d9434ae19474e81393c5d4c1494d/snap/snapcraft.yaml#L36), but can't seem to find anything in pool- or disk-related CLI options.
Is EC built-in but not exposed for configuration?
Can the docs be improved to clarify the status (`pool set-rf`) of EC?

Research direction
Start with snap/snapcraft.yaml at the referenced erasure-code path, then inspect the pool- and disk-related CLI documentation for `pool set-rf`. Done means the documentation clearly states whether erasure coding is built in, how it is exposed or configured, and the status of `pool set-rf`.
