I was not able to find a command how to bring one down OSD to up again

Hi,
as written, I searched a long time, but was not able to find a command wich can restart or bring up again an as down marked OSD.
In my case osd.11 is marked as down. How can I bring it up again? (restart the corresponding osd process)
