Expose additional commands as snap apps

This reset script, along with a couple other are included in the docker container. We could expose them as separate apps in the snap. I'd rather leave that for a future task.

Start by locating the reset script and the other commands included in the Docker container, then inspect the snap's app definitions. Done means the intended commands are exposed as separate snap apps and can be invoked through the snap; no specific tests or files are named in the issue.
